We do offer Saturday and evening appointments to accommodate your busy schedule. We understand that things come up, and you may need to reschedule, so please give us a call 24 hours before your appointment, and our friendly staff will be glad to re-appoint you. We invite you to complete your new patient health history form before you come in for your appointment. Please take a moment to print and complete the health history forms, and bring them along with a current photo identification card in addition to your dental insurance card. We are happy to assist you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions or concerns.

We accept most major PPO insurances, including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, and United Healthcare. For your convenience, we accept cash, check and all major credit cards. We also work with third party financing from Care Credit and Lending Club and offer our own in-house benefit plan for uninsured patients.
